Dusty & Savannah | Southern Charm Wedding
Dusty and Savannah are the kind of people you meet and feel as if you have known them your entire life. They are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with and so very down to earth. Savannah and Dusty are also the kind of couple that you dream to photograph because man oh man, they are in LOVE. I enjoyed capturing the way Dusty looks at Savannah, you can tell that she is the center of his entire world.
Dusty and Savannah chose Diamond D Ranch for their venue and it was absolutely perfect. The team at Diamond D Ranch was amazing and very accommodating to not only the bride and groom but also the vendors! The morning of Savannah's wedding the first thing I did when I woke up was look at my phone to check the weather (I think that is something all of us photographers do on a wedding day) and sure enough we were destined for thunderstorms. I kid you not, the weatherman said to anticipate 30 mile an hour winds...CRAZY! When we showed up to the venue the weather was PERFECT but you can definitely tell in some of these pictures that rain was coming. So Savannah and I agreed that a First Look was the way to go! I am so very grateful Savannah was open to doing a first look with Dusty because the result of the first look led to some gorgeous photos of the two of them together!
Just before the ceremony it began to rain cats and dogs but that did not stop Savannah from having an outside wedding. I loved her determination and willingness to stick with her guns and have her dream ceremony. Even though I ended the day with a messy bun and soggy clothes it was all worth it for these two love birds. I wish you both many years of happiness!
